Your Right to Return the Products

If you are not satisfied with any Product you have purchased from the website, you may return the Product and obtain a refund of the price of the Product returned if you contact Iron Inspired within 14 Days of delivery of the Product to you. However, you may not return a Product or claim a refund if the Product concerned is a bespoke order (Create Your Own). In order to exercise your option to return a Product you are not satisfied with, you must give a notice to the website. Accepted notices are emails to info(at)ironinspired.com and written notices to the owner of this website. These notices must include the customers name and invoice number. Don’t ship the products back to us, but wait until we will send you Return Authorisation and manage the shipping. We will refund the price paid for the Products you have returned. All returned Products must be unused, in original condition and undamaged.

Colour Proofing

Because of differences in equipment, media, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs/submitted images and the completed job is to be expected. When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. The accuracy of each colour reproduction is guaranteed to be within 90-95%.

Product Information

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of display.

Every reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy of all products and services listed. However, we do not accept liability for any errors in pricing and description. Pricing and stock availability is subject to change anytime without notice.

Placing and Accepting Orders

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, the business Iron Inspired is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with Iron Inspired ('your offer'). It will email you a ”Confirmation of your Order“ for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. That acceptance will be complete at the time the “Dispatch Confirmation” email is sent to you.

Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. You will be provided with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. Reasonable endeavours will be used to deliver your Products to you within 14 days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation and if your Products cannot be delivered to you within 30 days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation, you will have the option to cancel your Order.

Overseas orders may take a while longer, due to customs clearance and other related issues.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the business Iron Inspired if an order does not arrive. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, a replacement will not be dispatched immediately. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty as specified by the manufacturer.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you will be refunded the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once the return is received, at our cost.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to the business Iron Inspired.
